- All furniture items sold cannot be returned or exchanged. If items upon delivery have any damages or scratches in addition to any defects from our side they can be exchanged.
- Accessories can be exchanged within 14 days from date of purchase. Items need to be in good condition in their original packaging with no damages or scratches.
- Delivery will be scheduled and finalized upon full payment.
- Delivery charges will be applied for invoices below 5,000/- AED within Dubai and invoices below 10,000/- AED for rest of the UAE.
- Re-scheduling of deliveries that are confirmed need to be informed 24 hours in advance prior to the delivery scheduled. Otherwise, a charge of 250 aed will incur.
- Items can be stored at the Clay warehouse for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Charges will apply if 45 days are exceeded depending on the volume of the items.

- Custom orders will be delivered within 3-4 months. In case of any delays, clients will be notified as soon as possible.
- Clay General Trading does not take responsibility for any delays that are outside of its control.
- Upholstery color (Fabric/Leather) may vary from item to item, and from swatch to final product.
- Wood/Marble finishes may vary from item to item due to their natural origin.
- Clay General Trading LLC. cannot take any responsibility for any damages occurring international deliveries.
