Payments
- Payments can be made online or via bank transfer. Please note that orders are not confirmed until full payment is received for in stock items, or 50% payment for made-to-order items.
- As soon as you complete your order and payment on the website, we first do a product check and verify that the products you have requested are in perfect condition and suited for transport. If there is any issue with your order we will contact you immediately and offer replacements and/or a refund.
- We can invoice you only after your purchase has been confirmed. Should you require any specific information on your Tax invoice, please let us know.
- We cannot accept Card payments for amounts exceeding 50,000 AED in order to manage transaction fees or risk associated with high-value card payments.
Shipping fees
- All prices are inclusive of UAE VAT, but do not include delivery costs.
- Shipping costs will be estimated at checkout and can be subject to revision. Should there be any change in shipping costs we will contact you immediately for a revised quote.
- Delivery will be scheduled and finalised upon full payment.
- Re-scheduling of deliveries that are confirmed need to be informed 24 hours in advance prior to the delivery scheduled. Otherwise, a charge will incur.
- Items can be stored at the Clay warehouse for up to 45 days from the date of purchase. Charges will apply if 45 days are exceeded depending on the volume of the items.
