Returns & Exchanges

At Clay we want you to be over the moon with your purchase and happy in your home. This is why we do our utmost to exchange items whenever possible and necessary.

• Accessories and objects can be exchanged within 7 days from the date of reception. Items need to be returned to us in perfect condition in their original packaging with no damages or scratches. 
• Once we have received the items in good condition and validated your return, we will issue a credit note. 
• This credit note can be used against any item at Clay, available or made-to-order. 

• We can only exchange furniture and lighting pendants only if pieces have been delivered to you with defects, scratches or breakage. In order to make a claim please contact us as soon as possible with pictures and your order reference so we can help you. 
• Furniture and lighting installations involve damage risks and this is why all furniture & lighting pendants cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• All Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they arrived damaged at delivery.
