  • All prices on the website are in AED and include UAE VAT.
  • Shipping costs are NOT included in the product prices. They will be calculated and displayed during checkout.
  • Shipping costs are estimates and are subject to change. If there is a change, you will be notified for approval of revised costs before shipping.
  • For shipping outside the GCC, contact them directly for a quotation.

  • Payments can be made online or via bank transfer.
  • Full payment is required for in-stock items; 50% payment is required for made-to-order items before order confirmation.
  • Card payments are not accepted for amounts exceeding AED 50,000.
  • For made-to-order items, no modifications can be made once the order is confirmed.
  • For in-stock items, any issues after ordering will be communicated, and replacements or refunds will be offered if necessary.

Items can be stored at the Clay warehouse for up to 45 days from purchase. Charges apply if storage exceeds 45 days.

  • Accessories & Objects:
    Can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt. Items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
  • Furniture:
    Can only be exchanged if defective, scratched, or broken upon delivery. If so, contact customer service with photos and order reference.
  • Made-to-Order Items:
    Cannot be returned or exchanged if delivered in good condition.
  • Once a return is validated, a credit note will be issued, usable against any item (including made-to-order) at Clay.
