Made to Order

We‘ve narrowed down and curated our made to order selection, but for more fabrics, finishes, dimensions, and compositions, please contact us.  

We are happy to advise you and find the best solution for you.

• Made to orders will be delivered within 3-5 months. In case of any delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
• Modifications to the order cannot be made once the order has been confirmed.
• A 50% prepayment is required prior to order confirmation. 
• We do our best to import your items at the earliest, but unforeseen circumstances can happen such as delayed manufacturing, shortage of raw materials, international conflict, and shipping crises. In such situations we will keep you informed. 
• Clay General Trading cannot take responsibility for such delays that are outside of its control. 
• We will do our best to accommodate you with any delivery delays, such as finding alternative routes for transportation, replacements for items, and partial delivery solutions.
• We will contact you as soon as your items have been shipped & cleared by customs to book a delivery slot suitable for you. 
• Upholstery colour (Fabric/Leather) may vary from item to item, and from swatch to final product- due to natural variability in dyes. This is not considered a defect. 
• Wood, marble, and other material finishes may vary from item to item due to their natural origin. We believe this is the appeal of purchasing hand-made artisanal products: no two items are exactly the same. 
• All made-to-order items that have been delivered in good condition cannot be returned or exchanged.
