Flowerpot Portable VP9 Zesty Orange

Flowerpot Portable VP9 brings Verner Panton’s expressive Flowerpot design into a compact, cordless format. Originally created in 1968, the design is defined by its balanced two-dome silhouette and confident use of colour. In Zesty Orange, the lamp has a warm, energetic presence while retaining the simple, sculptural character that has made the Flowerpot collection enduring.

Designed to move easily wherever light is needed, the VP9 is suited to dining tables, side tables, shelves and other low-level lighting positions. Its integrated rechargeable battery removes the need for a permanent power connection, while the magnetic USB charging cable makes recharging straightforward. A full charge provides approximately 10 hours of operation at the highest light setting, with an approximately eight-hour charging time.

The integrated 3W LED produces a warm 2700K light and is controlled by a three-step touch dimmer. This allows the atmosphere to be adjusted from a stronger setting for everyday illumination to a softer glow for evening use. The lamp’s polycarbonate construction keeps the form deliberately light and portable, while steel components contribute to its precise, tactile detailing.

The Flowerpot Portable VP9 is intended for indoor use. It may be taken outdoors temporarily, but it should be kept and stored indoors and should not be treated as a permanently outdoor or weatherproof light.
